泰米爾全國聯盟 （泰米爾語：தமிழ்த் தேசியக் கூட்டமைப்பு；ISO 15919:tamiḻt tēciyakkūṭṭamaippu; TNA）是代表斯里蘭卡泰米爾少數民族的政黨聯盟。泰米爾全國聯盟在2001年10月由一群溫和的泰米爾民族主義政黨和前泰米爾激進組織創立。泰米爾全國聯盟促成了與反政府武裝泰米爾猛虎組織的談判以結束斯里蘭卡內戰[1][2]。外界普遍認為泰米爾全國聯盟是泰米爾猛虎組織的政治代理人[3]。

歷史[編輯]

2001年10月，全錫蘭泰米爾大會黨、泰米爾聯合解放陣線、泰米爾伊拉姆猛虎解放組織、伊拉姆人民革命解放陣線共同簽署諒解備忘錄[4]，並共同參與2001年斯里蘭卡議會選舉[5]。泰米爾國家聯盟成立初期採取親泰米爾伊拉姆猛虎解放組織的立場，支持他們的「自由鬥爭」，並承認他們是斯里蘭卡泰米爾人的唯一代表[6]。

2008年，因不滿政府的準軍事組織和應對東部省的分裂，泰米爾全國聯盟集體杯葛了拜蒂克洛區和當年的東部省省議會選舉[7][8][9][10]。

自2009年起，泰米爾全國聯盟一直呼籲對斯里蘭卡軍方在內戰中犯下的戰爭罪進行獨立的國際調查[11][12][13]。

2010年3月，泰米爾全國聯盟放棄了建立一個獨立的泰米爾國家的要求，轉而提出通過權力下放並合併東部省與北部省的聯邦制解決方案[14][15]。同月，全錫蘭泰米爾大會黨宣佈離開泰米爾全國聯盟並成立泰米爾國民陣線[16]。
