米克洛什·米勒（匈牙利語：Miklós Müller，1930年—）是一位匈牙利生物學家，2001年當選匈牙利科學院院士，與威廉·F·馬丁（William F. Martin）共同提出了真核生物起源的氫氣假說[1]。
