馬赫沙爾大屠殺（波斯語：قتلعام ماهشهر ) ，是2019年11月16日至11月20日間，於伊朗馬赫沙爾大規模殺害抗議者的事件。事件發生在2019年至2020年的伊朗抗議期間。死亡人數估計在40 [4] 至150人。
