奶油酥饼（英语：shortbread），起源于苏格兰的传统饼干[1][2][3] ，饼干的标准类型之一，属于酥质饼干。原料为面粉、黄油及白糖。
名称
[编辑]shortbread这是一个缩写字，不可以直译为短面包。Shortening指的是起酥油，所以翻译成奶油酥饼。而fingers并非手指，而是指长条形的奶油酥饼。[4][5][6]
