美商智睿咨询（英文：Development Dimensions International，简称DDI) 是一家国际的人力资源及领导力发展顾问公司，营运重点是为企业及人力资源部门[1]，提供领导力策略、领导者遴选、领导力发展、继任管理等的解决方案。[2]
公司总部位于宾州匹兹堡，于26个国家设有42个办事处，拥有1,100多名员工。威廉·白翰姆担任董事长，泰西·白翰姆担任首席执行官，大卫·泰斯曼担任总裁。
公司简介[编辑]
1956年，DDI创始人之一道格·布雷博士为美国电信AT&T公司的400多位新任主管，进行了长时间的能力与发展研究，设计出企业可运用的“评鉴中心”[3][4]，协助AT&T了解这些新任主管的智力、倾向和领导能力[5][6]。这是评鉴中心首次出现“篮中演练”（In-basket Exercise）的评鉴方法，还有透过“商业游戏”（Business Game）了解主管们的商业敏感度与决策能力。
1970年，DDI联合创始人威廉·白翰姆博士于《哈佛商业评论》发表《Assessment Centers for Spotting Future Managers[7]》，正式宣告“评鉴中心”时代的来临。同年，威廉·白翰姆博士与道格·布雷博士一起创立DDI，至此评鉴中心开始运用在企业里，提供人才发展、接班人管理等相关服务。
