巴巴伦仪式
巴巴伦仪式（英语：Babalon Working）是一系列魔法仪式，于1946年1月至3月期间由作家、开创性火箭燃料科学家、神秘学家杰克·帕森斯，以及山达基（科学教）创始人L·罗恩·贺伯特进行。[1]这个仪式本质上目的是显现一名原型女神叫巴巴伦的个体化身。该计划是基于阿莱斯特·克劳利的想法，以及他在1917年小说《月童》中描述的一个类似计划。[2]
仪式[编辑]
当帕森斯宣布这一系列仪式中的第一次仪式完成并取得成功时，他立即与玛乔丽·卡麦隆在家中见面，并将她视为他和贺伯特透过该仪式呼唤出来的元素精灵。[3]不久，帕森斯开始了这个仪式系列的下一个阶段，尝试透过性爱魔法来怀胎。虽然没有怀胎，但并没有影响仪式的结果。卡麦隆被帕森斯视为腥红女士（Scarlet Woman），也就是由仪式召唤出来的巴巴伦，他们很快便结婚了。
这个仪式的施行很大程度上引用了英国作家和神秘学家阿莱斯特·克劳利所描述的仪式和性爱魔法。在巴巴伦仪式的过程中，克劳利与帕森斯一直保持着联系，并且警告他正在进行的魔法对他产生潜在的过度反应，同时也嘲笑帕森斯的所作所为。[4]

杰克·帕森斯撰写了一本简报文本名叫《巴巴伦之书》（The Book of Babalon）或者叫《Liber 49》，该文本关于在巴巴伦仪式期间他收到来自女神巴巴伦的传话。[3]
