法律不问琐事
法律不问琐事（拉丁语：De minimis non curat lex.；英语：The law does not take account of trifles.）为拉丁语法律术语。[1][2]
瑞典女王克里斯蒂娜（1633至1654年在位）钟爱一条含义类似的拉丁语格言aquila non capit muscas（老鹰不捉苍蝇）。[3]
“法律不问琐事”的原则（英语：de minimis principle）可追溯至15世纪。[4]
