瀑布防空火箭（德语：Wasserfall Ferngelenkte FlaRakete） ^[1]^:77) 是纳粹德国于第二次世界大战发明及生产的一种超音速地对空导弹。以当时的技术而言为一项划时代的尝试，但由于技术所限及战争后期德国资源愈趋贫乏，开发项目最终未能完成。

1945年纳粹德国最终战败，苏联缴获了瀑布防空火箭的相关技术，并于后来发展出其第一代防空导弹，即S-25/SA-1地对空导弹。美国亦同样基于瀑布防空火箭，应用于其爱玛士导弹计划（英语：Hermes (missile program)）中的地对空导弹分型（Hermes A-1）之上。
