组氨酸脱羧酶(英语:Histidine decarboxylase,HDC)是一种以如下方式在维生素B6的帮助下催化从组氨酸生成组织胺的反应的酶:[1][2][3]
生物胺组织胺在许多生理过程中有重要的调节作用,包括神经传递、胃酸分泌、平滑肌舒张。从组氨酸到组织胺的生物合成由L-组氨酸脱羧酶催化。这个同源二聚体酶是一个依赖磷酸吡哆醛(PLP)的脱羧酶,并对其底物组氨酸有高度特异性。[4]
