血小板衍生生长因子受体（Platelet-derived growth factor receptors，PDGF-R）为血小板衍生生长因子（PDGF）蛋白质家族的受体，位于细胞膜表面，属于酪胺酸激酶受体的一种。PDGF的次单元A和次单元B在调控细胞增殖、分化、生长、发育上扮演相当重要的角色。如果调控不正常，可能会引发癌症等多种疾病。[2]
PDGF-R有两种型态，分别为A和B，两种型态来自于不同基因。[3]由于PDRF-R必须由两者结合成为双体之后才能作用，因此PDGFRA和PDGFRB可以互相组合或自我组合为均聚物（homodimerizes，即A配A、B配B）或杂二聚物（heterodimerizes，即A配B）[4]
