MALAT-1 （英语：metastasis associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1 的缩写，也称为NEAT2 ，noncoding nuclear-enriched abundant transcript 2 ）是一个长链非编码RNA 基因 ，表达于细胞核 ，在哺乳动物 中高度保守[3] 选择性剪接 、DNA的表观遗传 修饰等细胞中的多种反应，可控制参与肿瘤远端转移 的基因表达[4] 糖尿病 与癌症 等多种疾病有关[5] [6] [7] [8]
