丝蝽科（学名：Plokiophilidae）又名蛛网蝽科^[5]、蛛巢椿象科，是半翅目异翅亚目臭虫总科（英语：Cimicomorpha）的一科，在热带区域的各洲都有零星分布^[6]^[7]^[8]。体型极小，全长通常不超过3毫米^[4]，常寄居在蜘蛛或足丝蚁的网上，并以寄主的猎物或食物残渣为食，因而得名^[9]。

丝蝽科最初被视为驼蝽科（英语：Microphysidae）的一个亚科^[9]，但丝蝽与驼蝽在口器构造、后翅翅脉分布、产卵管长度和授精方式等方面都有所不同，且驼蝽科更接近盲椿总科（英语：Miroidea），而非原先所认为的臭虫总科成员。鉴于这些差异，丝蝽从驼蝽科分出，成为一个独立的科^[2]^[6]，至今包含三个亚科与不到十个属^[4]。
