印度计划与管理学院（Indian Institute of Planning and Management，缩写：IIPM）是一家未被印度教育系统认可的教育机构，校区位于新德里。该学院创立于1973年，提供商科相关的本科到博士学习项目。[1][2]
该学院因过度宣传而多次引发争议，印度的法定大学评定机构大学拨款委员会多次公示IIPM并未获得国家认可，其所提供的课程也完全无效。[3] IIPM回应称它自己根本就不是大学，也不颁发学位。[4] 2014年9月德里高等法院判定该校故意误导学生，并禁止该校使用MBA、BBA等字眼来描述自己的项目。[5]
2015年7月，IIPM宣布将关闭所有教育项目并关闭所有德里外的校区，宣称今后将通过第三方机构来提供教育服务。[6][7]
争议[编辑]
早在得到国际关注之前，就有多家印度媒体和博客报道了此学院自我宣传的事件，但该校均予以否认。2013年2月瓜廖尔的地区法院要求印度电信部封禁IIPM的78个网址。[8] 《The Hindu》称IIPM曾借用其名义散发虚假广告，[9] 2013年12月德里高等法院禁止该校于取得法庭许可之前，在任何电视、印刷或在线媒体上发布广告，并称其以前的广告误导了大众。[10][11]
维基百科[编辑]
据报道，IIPM曾在英语维基百科上雇佣编辑操控其条目内容，名为Wifione的英文维基百科管理员亦卷入其中，进而引发丑闻。后者被控操控IIPM条目，删除其中对该校不利的信息。此用户使用了最少60个傀儡以操控维基百科中关于此条目的舆论导向。2015年2月，Wifione因此事被维基百科上的仲裁委员会封禁。[8][12][13][14]
