奥卢儿童性侵案
奥卢儿童性侵案是芬兰持续不断的儿童性虐待丑闻。2018年12月，有消息称成年移民男子在芬兰奥卢性诱拐[1]（即强奸或其他性侵犯）15岁以下的女孩。一名受害者最终自杀。警方对此警告年轻女孩和家长，同时强调“并非所有有外国背景的人都不诚实或者会犯罪”。[2]到2019年1月中旬，嫌疑人有16人。
据说这起案件“震撼”了芬兰，[3]内阁成员打破了常规的芬兰禁忌，对正在进行的刑事调查发表评论。[4]

2018年1月，当新的案件被揭露时，尤哈·西比莱在网站上发表了正式声明：“一些寻求庇护者，甚至那些获得庇护的人，在这里带来邪恶并造成不安全感，这是不可接受的。”

作为对性犯罪揭露的回应，议会于1月推出了三个快速立法项目：一个是增加对儿童性虐待的惩罚；一是提高警方“处理”个人资料的能力；一项是从犯有某些罪行的归化外国人那里剥夺芬兰公民身份。社会民主议会团体主席安蒂·林特曼强调了让所有议会团体支持这些倡议的独特性。
