尖峰流速计（英语：Spirometer）是一个用来测量肺的流通空气的体积，简单来说就是测量进出肺部的空气之体积，尖峰流速计可用来量测呼气流量峰值。尖峰流速图表（Spirogram）能判断出两种不正常之肺部空气流通量的波型，这两种分别是阻塞型（obstructive）和限制型（restrictive）。每个尖峰流速计的测量方法各异，有压力传感器型（pressure transducers）、超声波、水位计（water gauge）型。
