弗里斯兰的玛蒂尔德（荷兰语：Mathilde van Friesland；？－1044年），法兰克人王后，1034年至1044年在位。
她是弗里斯兰藩侯柳多尔夫的女儿[1]。1034年，玛蒂尔德与亨利一世结婚，是其首任妻子[2]，两人没有子女。1044年玛蒂尔德于巴黎去世。
