2019年－2020年刚果民主共和国麻疹疫情于2019年初爆发于刚果民主共和国的东南部，随后散播至全国[1][2]，至同年6月麻疹造成的死亡人数已超过该国同时爆发的埃博拉出血热疫情[3]，染病者大多为五岁以下的儿童[2]，分别占总病例的74%与死亡病例的近90%[4]。此次疫情为2019年世界各地爆发的多起麻疹疫情中最为严重、死亡人数最多者[2]。
为控制疫情，刚果民主共和国卫生部对幼童展开大规模疫苗接种计划[2][3]，麻疹与德国麻疹计划、世界卫生组织（WHO）、联合国儿童基金会（UNICEF）、无国界医生与GAVI等国际组织均提供援助[2][4]，但接种计划受资源缺乏、地区武装冲突与居民对医疗不信任等因素所阻[2][5]。2020年4月有报导指接种计划因COVID-19疫情爆发而暂停[6]；同年8月24日刚果民主共和国卫生部宣布疫情结束，总计有超过38万人染疫，其中至少7018人死亡[7]。
2021年4月无国界医生报导指刚果民主共和国又爆发了麻疹疫情，自该年初起已有13000人感染[8]。
