Sp8转录因子又称为特异性蛋白8(specificity protein 8、SP-8)或Btd转录因子[5]是由SP8基因编码的人类蛋白质[6][7],位于人类的7号染色体中。Sp8是Sp/KLF家族转录因子

功能[编辑]

Sp8在肢体生长早起扮演了协调的作用。[5]在小鼠实验中,若小鼠缺失Sp8基因会导致严重的脑外畸形英语Exencephaly[8]
