二溴碘甲烷是一種有機化合物，化學式為CHBr2I，它是氯氣對飲用水消毒的副產物之一。[2]
它可由三溴甲烷和次碘酸鈉反應得到，其中，次碘酸鈉由次氯酸鈉在鹼性條件下和碘化鉀反應原位生成。[3]
