伊斯蘭革命衛隊海軍（波斯語：نیروی دریایی سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی‎，羅馬化：niru-ye daryâyi-e sepâh-e pâsdârân-e enghelâb-e eslâmi；官方縮寫為NEDSA（波斯語：ندسا‎））是伊斯蘭革命衛隊的海軍，成立於1985年，是與伊朗常規的伊朗伊斯蘭共和國海軍平行的兩支海上力量之一 ^[4] ^[5]^[6]。
