康奈爾法學院法律信息研究所（英語：Legal Information Institute），英文全稱Legal Information Institute at the Cornell Law School of Cornell University，簡作LII，是康奈爾法學院的一個非營利性的公共服務機構，它提供免費的美國法律和國際法研究資源的在線訪問，是在線提供法律信息的先行者之一[4]。
該機構由彼得·馬丁（Peter Martin）、湯姆·布魯斯（Tom Bruce）於1992年創立[5]，是第一個在國際網際網路上開發的法律網站[6]。
LII以電子形式在網上發布《美國法典》、美國最高法院的意見、《統一商法典》、《美國聯邦條例法典》、若干《聯邦規則》[7]以及各種其他美國主要法律資料[8]。LII還提供其他國家和國際法資料，如條約和聯合國的資料[9] 。根據其網站，LII每年為3000多萬名獨立訪客提供服務[10] 。
自成立伊始，法律信息研究所激勵著世界各地的其他機構開展自由取用法律信息的業務。這些服務是「法律信息自由取用運動」（Free Access to Law Movement）的一部分。
