東方龜屬（Heosemys）是地龜科下的一個屬，其成員都是淡水龜，1964年，東方龜屬才從地龜屬分離出來。

- 大東方龜 Heosemys grandis (Gray, 1860)，亞洲巨龜
- 菲律賓池龜 Heosemys leytensis
- 刺東方龜 Heosemys spinosa (Gray, 1831)，刺山龜
- 蔗林龜 Heosemys silvatica
一些其他的龜也一度曾被分在該屬下，例如白頭龜屬下的白頭龜，粗頸龜屬下的雷島東方龜以及蔗林龜屬下的蔗林龜。
