波士頓拉丁學校（Boston Latin School）是位於美國麻薩諸塞州波士頓的一所磁校。它創建於1635年4月23日，是美國最古老的學校[3][4][5][6] 該校比哈佛學院（哈佛大學前身）早創建了一年，可謂是全美國最古老的學校沒有之一。該校主要接收來自波士頓地區上流社會家庭的孩子，後來其校友中也出過不少名人。
其教育方式沿襲18世紀的拉丁學校，以古典學為基礎。在進入七年級之前，所有學生必須學滿四年拉丁語。它曾被《美國新聞與世界報導》評為美國最佳的20所高中之一 [7][8]。2019年在該雜誌的高中排名里名列全美第33[9]。
