瑞司美替羅（Resmetirom）是一種用於治療非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH) 的實驗性藥物。^[1]^[2]它是甲狀腺激素受體-β的選擇性激動劑，可增加肝臟脂肪代謝並降低身體中過量脂肪的毒性。 ^[1]
