索菲·弗拉克（Sophie Flack，1983年8月8日—）是一名視覺和行為藝術家和作家。她曾是紐約市芭蕾舞團的一名成員。

弗拉克出生在麻薩諸塞州沃特敦市。她的母親弗蘭·福曼是一名藝術家。父親是羅伯特·弗拉克。[1] 弗拉克在7歲的時候在波士頓芭蕾學校開始接受舞蹈訓練。她後來又跟隨Jacqueline Cronsberg進行舞蹈學習，並且在暑期跟隨Chautauqua Festival Dancers演出。同時和Suzanne Farrell一起在華盛頓的約翰·甘迺迪表演藝術中心訓練。14歲時，弗拉克獲得了紐約市芭蕾舞團下屬的美國芭蕾學校的全額獎學金。[2][3] 在美國芭蕾學校時，她與Suki Schorer 和 Jock SotoWhile 一起參加了學校的課程展示。[3]

2013年9月，弗拉克與喬西·查爾斯結婚。[4] 2014年8月他們預計會迎來自己的第一個孩子。[5] 2014年12月9日，她生下了一個男孩。[6]

弗拉克在2000年成為了紐約市芭蕾舞團的練習生。隨後在2001年成為一名伴舞，直到她2009年離開紐約市芭蕾舞團。[3][7] 她畢業於紐約的職業兒童學校。後來她在哥倫比亞大學接受本科教育。[8][2] 除了行為藝術，她還是一名視覺藝術家和作家。[2] 她的第一本小說《芭蕾人生》於2011年10月正式出版。[9][10][11][12]
