緬甸灰野狗（英語：Gray Dhole或Myanmar gray wild dog或Burmese gray wild dog）是緬甸的一種未確認的犬科動物，目擊報告主要來自克欽邦的伊洛瓦底江附近的比當禁獵區（Pidaung Game Sanctuary）和勃固省的Thayagon。它被描述為有體長很短，有一身深灰的皮，黑色的口鼻部和圓耳。緬甸人說緬甸有兩種野狗，一種大的一種小的。
