薩爾瓦托雷·"公牛薩米"·格拉瓦諾（英語：Salvatore "Sammy the Bull" Gravano，1945年3月12日—[1]）是美國前黑幫老大，後成為甘比諾犯罪家族的二當家。作為副老大，格拉瓦諾在起訴犯罪家族老大約翰·高蒂[2]的過程中發揮了重要作用，他同意作為政府證人指證約翰·高蒂和其他黑幫成員[3]，並在交易中承認參與了19起謀殺案。[4][5]
