阿達尼企業在1993年，以阿達尼出口有限公司（英語：Adani Exports Limited ）的名稱成立。[3] 做為阿達尼集團新業務的育成中心，直至子公司能夠自給自足。 [4] [5]

阿達尼企業上市後，透過子公司參與光伏系統製造、 [6]水利設施、 [7]數據中心、 [8] 農產品儲存與分配、 [9]國防、航天、 [10]船用燃料， [11] 鐵道設施、 [12] 不動產、 [13]金融服務、 [14]石油鑽探、 [15]石化、 [16]和水泥。 [17]

阿達尼機場控股（英語：Adani Airport Holdings）[編輯]

阿達尼機場控股負責管理與營運機場，同時也是孟買國際機場有限公司的大股東，孟買國際機場有限公司擁有賈特拉帕蒂·希瓦吉·馬哈拉傑國際機場和新孟買國際機場兩機場。

2021年1月，取得六座機場管理與營運的50年租約，分別是薩達爾·瓦拉巴伊·帕特爾、古瓦哈提（英語：Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport）、齋浦爾（英語：Jaipur International Airport）、勒克瑙（英語：Chaudhary Charan Singh Airport）、門格洛爾和特里凡得琅國際機場。 [18][19]

阿達尼水泥（英語：Adani Cement）[編輯]

阿達尼水泥位於古吉拉特邦，於2021年6月11日由阿達尼集團成立。[20] 是阿達尼企業尚未營運的全資子公司。[21]

2021年6月，阿達尼集團計劃在馬哈拉什特拉邦建立水泥廠，初始為年產500萬噸，投資約90-100億盧比。[22]集團還提出一年產1000萬噸的Lakhpat水泥廠，但最終被擱置。[22]

阿達尼數據中心（英語：AdaniConneX）[編輯]

阿達尼數據中心是2021年由阿達尼企業與 EdgeConneX 合資的公司，提出在清奈、新孟買、諾伊達、維沙卡帕特南和海德拉巴開發超大規模數據中心網絡。[23][24][25]

阿達尼國防與航天（英語：Adani Defence & Aerospace）[編輯]

阿達尼國防與航天是阿達尼企業的國防制造部門。生產赫耳墨斯900無人機[26]和Negev 、TAR-21和ACE武器。[27]

2019年，由阿達尼企業與以色列埃爾比特系統合資，在泰倫加納邦的海得拉巴建立無人機製造工廠。[28][29]

2020年4月，收購從事國防與航空電子設備設計、開發與製造的 Alpha Design Technologies。9月，收購了供應防禦設備的 PLR Systems 51% 股份。[30]

阿達尼礦產（英語：Adani Mining）[編輯]

阿達尼企業在印度、印尼和澳洲經營礦產，並供應煤碳給孟加拉、中國和部分東南亞國。

在印尼北加里曼丹省的布紐島有煤礦廠，在2016至2017年間，生產 3.9噸的煤碳。在昆士蘭州加里利盆地有卡邁克爾礦場（英語：Carmichael coal mine），進行印度在澳洲最大的投資。但2020年，因澳洲政府違反環境法規而受到法院質疑。 [31]同年，澳洲礦業部門 Adani Australia 更名為Bravus Mining & Resources [32] [33] [34]負責開發卡邁克爾礦場。 [35]

阿達尼道路運輸（英語：Adani Road Transport）[編輯]

阿達尼道路運輸負責道路的建設、運營和維護。 [36]公司在安得拉邦、 [37]恰蒂斯加爾邦、 [38]古加拉特邦、 [36]喀拉拉邦、 [39]中央邦、 [40]奧里薩邦、 [41]泰倫加納邦、 [42]和西孟加拉邦擁有NHAI的工程。 [43]

2021年12月，取得北方邦恆河高速公路（英語：Ganga Expressway）464公里至594公里的工程。 [44]

阿達尼太陽能（英語：Adani Solar）[編輯]

阿達尼太陽能是阿達尼企業的太陽能光伏製造和工程總承包。截至2020年11月，是印度最大的太陽能零件製造商。 [45]

阿達尼水利（英語：Adani Water）[編輯]

阿達尼水利於2018年12月成立，負責水利設施的建設。目前在國家恆河清潔任務組織負責安拉阿巴德的廢水處理、回收再利用工程。 [46]

阿達尼威爾斯鵬探勘（英語：Adani Welspun Exploration）[編輯]

阿達尼威爾斯鵬勘探是阿達尼企業和威爾斯鵬探勘的合資公司。業務包含石油與天然氣。 [47]

阿達尼豐益（英語：Adani Wilmar）[編輯]

阿達尼豐益成立於1999年，屬於食品加工公司，是阿達尼企業和豐益國際的合資公司。

2000 年 11 月，推出旗艦品牌「Fortune」，並生產和銷售食用油、麵粉、大米、豆類、糖、豆塊和速食混合物。[48]還以「Alife」生產肥皂、洗手乳和乾洗手液等。[49]

2015年，阿達尼企業分拆阿達尼港口與經濟特區公司（英語：Adani Ports & SEZ）、阿達尼電力公司（英語：Adani Power）、阿達尼傳輸公司（英語：Adani Transmission）三間公司。 [50]成為阿達尼集團之子公司。
