CYP6G1基因或稱為DDT-R是黑腹果蠅（Drosophila melanogaster）基因組中涉及殺蟲劑DDT（雙對氯苯基三氯乙烷）抵抗的基因[1]，位於果蠅的2號染色體，編碼的蛋白質屬於細胞色素P450超家族，可將DDT氧化代謝掉[2]。
