Downdetector是一個在線平台，能為用戶提供各種網站狀態的實時信息。
該網站基於用戶的報告來提供應用故障的信息，這些故障報告是該網站通過各種渠道收集而來[3][4]。網站還會在地圖上顯示報告應用故障的位置，地圖上方還顯示哪些城市有報告故障[2][5]。
Downdetector由Tom Sanders和Sander van de Graaf於2012年4月創辦[3]。2018年8月[6]，Downdetector被Speedtest.net的運營方Ookla收購。
