UiPath是一家開發機器人流程自動化（RPA或RPAAI）平台的全球軟體公司，由羅馬尼亞企業家Daniel Dines和Marius Tirca於2005年創立[1]。

2018年，在公司評價網站Comparably對美國公司的評比中，UiPath在員工幸福程度項目獲評第6位[2]，在公司文化項目獲評第11位[3]。UiPath在2018年11月宣布進軍中國市場。

歷史[編輯]

該公司最初於2005年建立於羅馬尼亞首都布加勒斯特，後來在倫敦、紐約、班加羅爾、新加坡和東京開設了辦事處。[4][5]2017年，公司員工數達到590人，並將其總部從羅馬尼亞的布加勒斯特遷至紐約，以此來接近他們的國際客戶，他們的國際客戶在2016年有100家，在2017年增加到700家[6]，而2018年則增加到2,100家[7]。

UiPath在2018年11月宣布進軍中國市場，在已有的北京之外，在上海和深圳設立辦公室，並在2019年在中國建立研發團隊。[8]

2021年3月26日，UiPath向SEC提交了申請，計劃通過首次公開募股（IPO）籌集至多10億美元。2021年4月21日，UiPath IPO上市登錄紐交所，發行價56美元，發行2130萬股，募資11.928億美元。 Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, BofA Securities, Credit Suisse, Barclays and Wells Fargo Securities承銷。[9]

UiPath初始種子募資發生於2015年8月，當時獲得了160萬美元的資金[10]。其A輪募資發生於2017年，是當時歐洲規模最大的A輪融資之一[10]。而截至2019年4月已經經歷了5輪募資，當前公司的資產估值為70億美元。[11]
