點亮藍燈（英語：Light It Up Blue），又名點亮藍色，在每年4月2日舉行，致力提高大眾對自閉症的認識[1]。本活動由自閉症之聲（英语：Autism Speaks）提出[2]，旨在提高國際對自閉症的認識，以及支持世界提高自闭症意识日和美國自閉症意識月（Autism Awareness Month）[3]。

全球標誌性地標，包括紐約的帝國大廈、芝加哥的韋萊集團大廈、多倫多的加拿大國家電視塔，以及機場、橋樑、博物館、音樂廳、酒店、醫院[4]和零售店在內的美國16個城市，連同全球9個國家/地區的100多個建築物，在2010年4月1日晚上，即美國自閉症意識月（Autism Awareness Month）的首個晚上以及世界提高自閉症意識日的前夕以藍燈點亮[5]。

2010年4月2日，即第三屆世界提高自閉症意識日，自閉症之聲（英语：Autism Speaks）志願者和支持者在紐約證券交易所舉行慶祝活動。他們敲響紐約證券交易所的鐘，以此揭開慶祝的序幕[6]。

2011年，儘管自閉症之聲作出呼籲，但白宮表示不會為了紀念世界提高自閉症意識日而點亮藍光[7]。不過在2017年，總統唐納·川普透過將白宮以藍色點亮，履行對蘇珊·賴特（Suzanne Wright，自閉症之聲的共同創始人）的承諾[8]。
