点亮蓝灯（英语：Light It Up Blue），又名点亮蓝色，在每年4月2日举行，致力提高大众对自闭症的认识[1]。本活动由自闭症之声（英语：Autism Speaks）提出[2]，旨在提高国际对自闭症的认识，以及支持世界提高自闭症意识日和美国自闭症意识月（Autism Awareness Month）[3]。

全球标志性地标，包括纽约的帝国大厦、芝加哥的韦莱集团大厦、多伦多的加拿大国家电视塔，以及机场、桥梁、博物馆、音乐厅、酒店、医院[4]和零售店在内的美国16个城市，连同全球9个国家/地区的100多个建筑物，在2010年4月1日晚上，即美国自闭症意识月（Autism Awareness Month）的首个晚上以及世界提高自闭症意识日的前夕以蓝灯点亮[5]。

2010年4月2日，即第三届世界提高自闭症意识日，自闭症之声（英语：Autism Speaks）志愿者和支持者在纽约证券交易所举行庆祝活动。他们敲响纽约证券交易所的钟，以此揭开庆祝的序幕[6]。

2011年，尽管自闭症之声作出呼吁，但白宫表示不会为了纪念世界提高自闭症意识日而点亮蓝光[7]。不过在2017年，总统唐纳德·特朗普透过将白宫以蓝色点亮，履行对苏珊·赖特（Suzanne Wright，自闭症之声的共同创始人）的承诺[8]。
